Drinks after the one-day game this Saturday will NOT be at the Duck Inn.
Instead, we have been invited by Dave Benson, newly elected President of the
Blackwood Football Club, to drink there on Saturdays.

This is a good opportunity for the Club and, more importantly, the beers are
cheaper!!! So please all come along this Saturday and let everyone else in
the team know (those that are not on this list). We want to make this a
regular thing so please show your support and make it worth our while!

Also, the D & E Grade Showdown has had to be changed back to the Saturday
due to player availability issues. This means there will not be a game on
the Sunday as planned.

Late mail
It seems that the Fourth Eleven’s opposition were a bit slow in providing the scores (and not surprising when you see the result). The Fourths made a whopping 8/367 with D Wright (125) and M Jenner (102* – 100 off 34 balls).
