Coromandel Ramblers are a highly successful cricket club in the Adelaide Suburban Cricket Association.

Training and Coaching

For the 2009/10 season, the Coromandel Ramblers Cricket Club will not have a ‘designated’ coach for trainings and weekends. However, Justin Calderbank has nominated himself to undertake the training coordination role for the seniors. It is expected that individuals who are asked to help out in facilitating training are available to fulfil their duties. From this, the club can then help out as many individuals as possible in this difficult role. All trainings are held at Weymouth Oval on a Wednesday night from 5:30pm to dusk. In addition, an optional training session is often held on Thursday nights from 6:00pm if enough interest is found on the Wednesday night. In particular, if you would like to have a hit against the bowling machine, then this presents the perfect opportunity. If you would like any further details regarding coaching and training, Justin’s details can be found on the contacts page.

In addition, all junior sides will have training on Thursday night from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at Weymouth Oval. At the moment, no nominated coach has been found and hence, will be sought shortly. If you would like any further information about trainings or coaching, then feel free to email Ashley, whose details are also on the contacts page.

If you desire to have professional coaching, the Coromandel Ramblers Cricket Club have Ashley as a Level 2 qualified coach who will be able to help you on a regular or singular basis. His experience includes five years as a coach within the South Australian Cricket Association and its indoor centre children and adults programs as well as two and a half seasons of coaching at this club. If you would like to take the opportunity to take professional coaching at a place and time that suits you for a competitive cost, then feel free to speak to Ashley and arrange a place and time that suits you. His details are on the contact page.
