As part of being an incorporated association, the Coromandel Valley Ramblers Cricket Club has a constitution that defines why the club exists, what if offers, and what would happen in the case of it being dissolved.

This document was first developed in 1979 by a working group of the management committee at the time (many of whom are now club legends).  Across the next couple of seasons, the club intends to look at updating the constitution to better reflect the changes that the various membership bases have within the club.

The constitution can be downloaded here. If you have any further questions over this, then please contact a member of the committee to discuss the various options that are available to you.
