About the event
This year we are offering a BBQ dinner for our families inclusive of BBQ meats, salads & fresh bread.
Dinner will be served from 6.45pm with presentations commencing at 7:15pm sharp.
Licenced bar available. with soft drinks available for junior players
To assist us with planning, please either purchase a ticket for BBQ meal OR an RSVP ticket for each attendee. BBQ tickets close Tuesday prior to event for catering.
Please note: parking will be limited to the front school carpark due to OSHC restrictions before 6:30pm. Lower hardcourt carpark will open after 6:30pm. Please advise of specific catering requirements but be aware we cannot guarantee contamination for high-risk allergies.
